High On Feminism
Webby-nominated, independently produced podcast High On Feminism (HOF), launched in Brooklyn, NY in November 2020, boasting a line-up of bold founders, creators, and changemakers across media, fashion, cannabis, and the arts. Sharing unfiltered conversations about ambition, reinvention, and modern leadership, the initial seasons featured the likes of Author & Poet, Jasmine Mans; Film & Creative Director, TT the Artist; Dr. Locs Founder, Chimere Faulk; Sad Girls Club Creator, Elyse Fox; Fashion Designer, Kasha Reavis; and Best-Selling Author, Nikki Vargas (among others). Created by longtime Publicist and Creative Director, Jess Poulin, HOF has helped spotlight womxn shaping culture, disrupting industries, and redefining success on their own terms, while also advocating for the use of Cannabis, and the educational side of the industry for female consumers.
With a global audience of over 3K listeners across the U.S., Germany, Spain, Australia, Ghana, Mexico, and more, High On Feminism has continued to champion female-owned and femme-forward brands, tackling important conversations around access and agency, especially for BIPOC founders and womentrepreneurs in industries where they've been historically sidelined.
In February 2025, HOF host, Jess Poulin, relocated to Barcelona, Spain where she recorded the podcast's fifth season from Juno House -- Barcelona's first and ONLY women-owned and operated social and networking club. Featuring all Juno women members, Season 5 explored cross-cultural perspectives on business, wellness, and womxn's empowerment, along with creating community as an Ex-pat.
Looking for inspiration, honesty, and an authentic behind-the-scenes look into what it takes to create impact today as a female founder? High On Feminism is where ambition meets audacity, and womxn build their own table!

S5 E8: Natalie Batlle - Community Is The Strategy
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Collaboration, not competition. This is a philosophy that sits at the heart of Juno House, and at the center of Natalie Batlle’s founder journey.
Joining Jess for the final episode of High On Feminism Season 5, Natalie, Founder and Brand Strategist of Juno House, shares the story behind creating Barcelona’s first members club designed by and for women. An idea that was sparked following her move from the U.S. to Spain and her decision to step away from the corporate world, Natalie has slowly helped crack the code for redefining work-life balance. Natalie challenges the notion that women must choose between their personal fulfillment or professional/creative ambition, and she’s built a space that empowers other women entrepreneurs to do the same through Juno House.
As a fellow ex-pat, Natalie reflects on the cultural differences for women founders in Europe vs. the states, and how Juno House blends this “New York-meets-Barcelona” energy. Sharing insight on her goals for 2026, both personally and professionally, that includes stepping more into her creativity where she feels the most energized, and expanding upon Juno House’s offerings to become the global movement she’s always intended, HOF ends the season but kicks off the New Year with an episode full of intention, promise, and reinvention.
