Leaving corporate life to build something slower, more intentional, and deeply needed is no small leap, but for Kornelia it was the right one.

Joining Jess for another episode of High On Feminism, Kornelia Grönvall, Founder of Solia Retreats, shares how stepping away from a career in sales, management, and leadership led her to create Solia Retreats in 2025; an idea that began as a small hobby and quickly grew into a source of energy, inspiration, and community. Designed for ambitious women who want to work hard without burning out, Solia’s one-day retreats offer space to pause, reconnect, and reset.

Kornelia reflects on hosting her first retreats, including a December experience centered on self-love, grounding, and intention-setting for 2026, complete with yoga flows and journaling. She also opens up about what’s ahead: new retreats focused on kick starting the year, women’s health, and moving through ambition mindfully. Looking ahead to 2026, Kornelia is focused on growth with intention, learning to say no to what isn’t aligned, creating space for what feels right, and continuing to build Solia Retreats with care.
